Shipping
How we ship, when it will arrive, and what it costs.
Processing time
Orders typically leave our warehouse within two business days of being placed. If you order before 12pm ET on a weekday, there is a good chance it ships the same day.
U.S. domestic rates
Standard (3–7 business days): $6.50 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.50 flat rate.
Overnight: calculated at checkout, typically $28–$45.
International rates
We ship to most countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout using live carrier rates — we do not mark up shipping. Typical delivery times:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Western Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Carriers
We ship domestic via USPS and UPS depending on package size. International orders go via USPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse.
Packaging
We pack with recycled kraft paper and corrugated cardboard. No plastic peanuts, no bubble wrap. Fragile items are wrapped in tissue and surrounded by paper void-fill.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, take a photo before unpacking and email hello@alpinaprovisions.com. We will replace it at no cost. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you do not have it, wait 48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered a day early) then contact us — we will work with the carrier to locate it or ship a replacement.
